Yes, when you checkout, you can select the "Collect" option. Please note that pickup is at our partner store, Oups.ca located at 4823, boulevard de l'Ormière Québec (Qc) G1P 1K6. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Warranty & returns

You have 15 days after receiving your new phone to make a return.

  1. Reset your phone.
  2. Fill out the returns form and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request has been accepted, you'll receive a return label by e-mail. All you have to do is print it out and stick it on the box. We recommend that you use the same packaging you used when you received your phone, and that you wrap it well to protect it properly.
  4. Find a Purolator shipping point and drop off your package.
  5. To obtain your refund, be sure to return the phone in its original condition and pack it carefully to avoid any damage during the return.
